All of our items are made with great care, and to the highest quality. However, if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please return it in all of its original packaging within 14 days of purchase for a refund, or an exchange to:

Please note:

You (buyer) will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for making the return, unless it is our mistake, or the item is defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We will refund the purchase less a 10 percent restocking fee or exchange the item within 21 days of return, providing the item is in original condition.

Products that enable you to 'create your own' and 'personalised' items are non-refundable. This also includes any of the Huge Canvas range.
